Motorcoach Drivers

The ideal driver candidate is motivated, reliable and friendly with a heart to serve customers on daily round trips from Bellingham to Sea-Tac Airport or on custom charters locally and regionally. If you have a great driving record, love people and a "safety first" attitude, we are looking for you! As a driver, you’ll receive classroom and hands on training, as well as be prepared for a successful, fulfilling career in transportation.

Compensation: Training Wage: $13.10 per hour. Hourly Wage: $17.25 to $18.30 – Medical Benefits with PTO available

- Currently hiring for a full-time dispatcher

Dispatchers are in the heart of the action at Bellair Charters & Airporter Shuttle! This role supports drivers and the operations team by assisting with any problem that may arise including vehicle breakdowns and service issues. If you love a fast-paced, always changing position, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate needs to prioritize demands quickly while paying close attention to detail and communicating clearly and concisely throughout the process. As a dispatcher, you will also be fully trained on the company reservation system. If you thrive amidst a bit of chaos and love being challenged, this may be the role for you!

Compensation: Training Wage: $14.00. Hourly Wage: $15.25 to $16.80 DOE – Medical benefits with PTO available

Reservation Agent

-Currently hiring 1 part-time reservation agents (3 days a week)

Do you get excited talking with people and helping solve problems for them? If so, you could be the perfect fit as a Reservation Agent! If you have excellent phone skills, thrive on multi-tasking, and have strong computer skills, we would love to meet you.

Bus Detailer

Bus detailers at Bellair Charters & Airporter Shuttle are key in making a great first impression with passengers. This position washes and cleans buses, getting them ready to head out on their next trip. Being a bit of a "neat freak" is a plus, as well as being a team player! As a bus detailer, you’ll have the opportunity to drive mini buses and motor coaches, so having a clean driving record is a must. This job is active and physical, so if you like a good work out this could be your perfect fit!

Compensation: Training Wage: $12.00 per hour. Hourly Wage: $12.75 to $13.75 per hour.

Assistant Driver Manager

-Currently hiring 1 full-time Assistant Driver Manager

Do you have a passion for safety? Seeing others excel in their jobs? If so, we want to talk to you! As the Assistant Driver Manager your first priority will be ensuring all our drivers and off-site managers are trained to have a safety-first mindset. You will manage the company leads and off-site staff that have safety responsibilities, so support the company’s safety standards. This includes training and evaluation of all drivers in the process of coaching, expectations training and vehicle upgrades.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build rapport with drivers and contribute to positive work environment
  • Communicate with all employees clearly and in a professional manner, exceptional listening skills required
  • Set the standard and exemplify the expectations that drivers must meet
  • Before a driver can drive solo, test to the standard that is set
  • Must be organized and able to see a task to completion
  • Coordinate Expectations Classes with Human Resources Department for potential new drivers
  • Regularly review driving skills of drivers in all departments by reviewing their chips and conducting ride-a-longs
  • Possess a CDL B with Passenger Endorsement in order to be a last resort back-up driver
  • Oversee and manage driver reviews by ensuring reports are sent monthly
  • Back-up duties to Training Manager include training for bus qualifications and upgrades as well as qualifying bus detailers in coaches.


  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Three to seven years related experience
  • Transportation background is a plus
