Sea-Tac Airport Pickup Spots - Spring 2017

May 2017 - Sea-Tac Airport is undergoing renovations, which have affected our pickup spots at the airport, both for our Airporter Shuttle runs and Charter Group pickups. These changes will take effect on May 30, 2017. Below are links to videos that explain how to get to our new pickup spots.

Airporter Shuttle

Our Airporter Shuttle pickup at Sea-Tac Airport is moving from Door 00 to Door 2. (Door 00 will soon cease to exist.) Door 2 is only about 100 feet away from the old Door 00, still near Baggage Carousel 1 on the baggage claim level. We will pick up outside Door 2.

Charter Groups

Our Charter Group pickup spot will change significantly. Our old pickup spot was outside Door 00, on the baggage claim level of the terminal. Our NEW pickup spot is at the new Northeast Ground Transportation (NE GT) Lot, accessible via walkway from the 1st floor of the Parking Garage.

To get there, go to Baggage Carousel 14 on the baggage claim level. Take the escalator up one level, and walk across the Skybridge (Skybridge 5) to the Parking Garage. In the Parking Garage, take the elevator (Orange) down to Level 1. Exit the elevator and take the walkway to the NE GT Lot, where your Charter Bus will meet you. There will be a covered waiting area there. The walk from the elevator to the NE GT Lot is a 2-3 minute walk.

On Level 1, near the elevator, there is also a Charter Bus Lobby, if you need a place to wait prior to taking the walkway to the NE GT Lot. Restrooms and seating areas are available in the Charter Bus Lobby.

Light Rail Stop at Sea-Tac Airport (Yakima to Sea-Tac Service ONLY)

As of June 19, 2017, we are no longer stopping at downtown Seattle on our Yakima to Sea-Tac (CWA) service. Instead, we stop at Sea-Tac Station, the Link Light Rail station at Sea-Tac Airport. From here, passengers can take Light Rail to/from all the various stops along the Light Rail route.

The Light Rail station at Sea-Tac Airport is named Sea-Tac Station, and is located at International Blvd & S 176 St. The bus pickup/dropoff area is at the Transit bus stop on International Blvd. From there it is a very short walk to the elevator, which takes you up to the skybridge. Cross the skybridge and you are there at the Light Rail ticketing area. Take the escalator up one level to board the train.

We will drop passengers here on our Westbound (Yakima to Sea-Tac) runs, and also pick up here for our Eastbound (Sea-Tac to Yakima) runs. This will save Light Rail passengers from having to get to Door 2 for pickup on Eastbound runs. It's a short walk from the Light Rail to the bus stop.

Videos COMING SOON explaining our new Light Rail pickup/dropoff spot.
