Terms & Conditions
At Sea-Tac Airport, Airporter Shuttle boards passengers outside door #00, just past baggage claim carousel #1.
We ask that passengers be waiting at their designated pickup point at least fifteen minutes prior to departure. All shuttles depart on time. Prepaid reservations are valid up to 5 minutes prior to departure, then seats are opened to standby passengers.
Your confirmation number is your boarding pass. Please keep it with you for boarding the bus or making any changes to your reservation.
Passengers are fully responsible for the correct identification and retrieval of their luggage. Please tag all luggage prior to boarding the shuttle. Each passenger is allowed two standard pieces of luggage (under 50 lbs each and measuring less than 70" L+W+H each), plus a small carry-on.
Skis, snowboards, golf clubs and gun cases will be accepted as standard items. Each item over the limit of two standard and one carry-on item is subject to a $5.00 one-way fee. Drivers are authorized to charge for extra and oversize luggage at the point of departure.
Service and guide animals are allowed in the passenger compartments. Such animals are not classified as pets and are allowed in all public areas. We can not accept kennels larger than 32" x 22" x 23".
As provided by Washington state law (RCW 81.29.050), unless higher value is declared prior to transportation and agreed to in writing by CWA, Inc., property damage liability will be $25.00 for boxes and parcels, $100.00 for trunks and $50.00 for suitcases, valises and other items. Additional valuation will be charged at $1.00 per $100.00 or fraction thereof.
If you have ADA requirements, it is important that you call us at 1-866-235-5247 to ensure a wheelchair-accessible bus for your trip. Making a reservation online, by itself, will not guarantee a wheelchair-accessible bus - please call us!
We request that cell phone use be limited to short and quiet conversations.
