Terms & Conditions - Airporter Shuttle

BOARDING

We ask that passengers be waiting at their designated pickup point at least fifteen minutes prior to departure. All shuttles depart on time. Prepaid reservations are valid up to 5 minutes prior to departure, then seats are opened to standby passengers.

CONFIRMATION NUMBER

Your confirmation number is your boarding pass. Please keep it with you for boarding the bus or making any changes to your reservation.

LUGGAGE

Passengers are fully responsible for the correct identification and retrieval of their luggage. Please tag all luggage prior to boarding the shuttle. Each passenger is allowed two standard pieces of luggage (under 50 lbs each and measuring less than 70" L+W+H each), plus a small carry-on.

Skis, snowboards, golf clubs and gun cases will be accepted as standard items.  Each item over the limit of two standard and one carry-on item is subject to a $5.00 one-way fee. Drivers are authorized to charge for extra and oversize luggage at the point of departure.

Service and guide animals are allowed in the passenger compartments. Such animals are not classified as pets and are allowed in all public areas. We can not accept kennels larger than 32" x 22" x 23".

BAGGAGE LIABILITY

As provided by Washington state law (RCW 81.29.050), unless higher value is declared prior to transportation and agreed to in writing by CWA, Inc., property damage liability will be $25.00 for boxes and parcels, $100.00 for trunks and $50.00 for suitcases, valises and other items. Additional valuation will be charged at $1.00 per $100.00 or fraction thereof.

ADA REQUIREMENTS

If you have ADA requirements, it is important that you call us at 1-866-235-5247 to ensure a wheelchair-accessible bus for your trip. Making a reservation online, by itself, will not guarantee a wheelchair-accessible bus - please call us!

CELL PHONES

We request that cell phone use be limited to short and quiet conversations.

MINOR RELEASE FORM

A signed minor release form is required for youth (12-15 years of age) traveling unaccompanied by an adult. Minors under 12 years of age cannot travel unaccompanied by an adult. A parent or guardian is required to sign the Minor Release Form. A copy of the completed form can be faxed to our office at 360-380-1538, mailed to us at 1416 Whitehorn Street, Ferndale WA 98248, or dropped off at our Ferndale or Burlington office during business hours. The original Release Form is to be given to the Airporter Shuttle driver upon boarding.

REFUND POLICY

Cancelled reservations will be charged a $4 processing fee. Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Tickets can be used at any time (rescheduled) without penalty.

RIGHT TO REFUSE TRANSPORTATION

The company reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol, who may be infectious and spreading communicable diseases, who are incapable of taking care of themselves or whose conduct or behavior may be objectionable and not in the best interest of other passengers or our drivers.  The company also reserves the right to inspect and to refuse to carry any luggage/materials that the carrier or driver considers unsafe and not in the best interest of the other passengers.
