RESERVATIONS

Reservations can be made by phone, Internet, or in person at the Sea-Tac booth located on the baggage claim level next to door #00. Southbound pickups in Blaine, Lynden, Birch Bay, Ferndale and all non-Sea-Tac northbound pickups require a prepaid reservation. Walk-ons are accepted on a space available basis and must pay cash at the time of boarding. Drivers do not accept $100 bills, checks or credit cards. When booking, please include everyone in your party in passenger count, even infants. Car seats are highly recommended for all children less than 8 years old, unless the child is 4 feet 9 inches or taller.

LUGGAGE / LIABILITY

Passengers are fully responsible for the correct identification and retrieval of their luggage. Please tag all luggage prior to boarding the shuttle. Each passenger is allowed two standard pieces of luggage (under 50 lbs each and measuring less than 70" L+W+H each), plus a small carry-on. Skis, snowboards, golf clubs and gun cases (under 6’) will be accepted as one of the two standard pieces. Each item over the limit of two standard and one carry-on item is subject to a $5.00 one-way fee. Drivers are authorized to charge for extra and oversize luggage at the point of departure.

Cargo: Cargo = any item equal to or larger than the size of a Carry On bag: 9" x 14" x 22" = 45 linear inches. They are considered to be Cargo and will therefore incur an additional charge. Cargo fee: 1 Cargo item = $15. Each additional Cargo item = $25. Big boxes, coolers, etc. are considered Cargo.

Pet Policy (applies to all pets, not just dogs):

SMALL PETS (ride w/passenger) - Pets and dogs are permitted to ride on the bus, only if they are in a small, carrier (9" x 12" x 17") that fits under the seat. Animals must be kept in carrier. Animals can be refused if disruptive/noisy. Cost: $5 fee for each direction.

MEDIUM-SIZED PETS (ride in luggage bay) - Pets must be in a hard-sided, medium-sized kennel and ride in the luggage compartment. Kennels larger than 32” x 22” x 23”, or animals weighing over 50 lbs are not accepted. Cost: $10 for each direction.

**Passengers can pay for pet at the time they make their reservation, or cash to the driver.

 

Bicycles are not considered standard luggage and are an additional $10 per way. Bicycles must be in a box (8”Wx30”Hx57”L max.).

A fee will be charged for extra and oversized luggage. Items weighing more than 50 pounds or longer than 6’ cannot be accepted.







As provided by Washington state law (RCW 81.29.050), unless higher value is declared prior to transportation and agreed to in writing by Airporter Shuttle, property damage liability will be limited to $250/fare. Additional valuation will be charged at $1.00 per $100.00 or fraction thereof.

SCHEDULE / BOARDING

Passengers should be at the boarding location at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. All shuttles depart on time. Prepaid reservations are valid up to 5 minutes prior to departure, then seats are opened to standby passengers.

Intra-county (within same county) service is not available.

Weather, road construction and other factors may affect operating conditions; therefore, scheduled times cannot be guaranteed. When operating on “snow routes,” our website will have details for passenger pickups.

Service is not available on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

SPECIAL FARES

Groups of 4 or more: 10% discount on the total fare when all 4 people travel together (Prepaid only).

Frequent Riders:  Call for details.

CONFIRMATION NUMBER

Your confirmation number is your boarding pass. Please keep it with you for boarding the bus or making any changes to your reservation.

ADA / WHEELCHAIR REQUIREMENTS

If you have ADA requirements, it is important that you call us at 1-866-235-5247 to ensure a wheelchair-accessible bus for your trip. Making a reservation online, by itself, will not guarantee a wheelchair-accessible bus - please call us!

CELL PHONES

We request that cell phone use be limited to short and quiet conversations.

MINOR RELEASE FORM

A signed minor release form is required for youth (12-15 years of age) traveling unaccompanied by an adult. Minors under 12 years of age cannot travel unaccompanied by an adult. A parent or guardian is required to fill out and authorize the Minor Release Form.

REFUND POLICY

Cancelled reservations will be charged a $4 processing fee. Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Tickets can be used at any time (rescheduled) without penalty. NOTE: Frequent Rider Program (Commuter) tickets are non-refundable.

RIGHT TO REFUSE TRANSPORTATION

The company reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol, who may be infectious and spreading communicable diseases, who are incapable of taking care of themselves or whose conduct or behavior may be objectionable and not in the best interest of other passengers or our drivers.  The company also reserves the right to inspect and to refuse to carry any luggage/materials that the carrier or driver considers unsafe and not in the best interest of the other passengers.
